Budgeting
Managing to budgets is easy with DATABASICS Labor Budgeting. An add-on to TimeSite, Labor Budgeting has the flexibility to allow you to control labor allocations and cost at whatever level makes most sense for a project or activity.

Budgets can be based upon your project work breakdown structure (WBS), your organization structure, employee type, location and other parameters. Narrow or broaden the budget focus to track a project's subtasks or, alternately, the project as a whole.

With DATABASICS Labor Budgeting, up-to-date status is always available. You know when costs or hours are approaching their limit so you have the opportunity to avoid potential overruns.

As with all DATABASICS solutions, Labor Budgeting is designed to integrate with other applications. If you develop budgets in MS Excel, for example, you can load the budgets into DATABASICS. Budgets can be exported in the format of your choice as well.
